Heal The Warrior Within is run by Kimmie Marie in Phoenix, Arizona. This policy explains what I collect, why, and what I do with it. In plain words.

What I collect

  • Your name and email address when you buy something or join my email list.
  • Your billing details when you check out. Payment is handled by Shopify and its payment processors. I never see or store your full card number.
  • Basic info about how you use the site, like pages visited and device type. Shopify collects this through cookies and analytics.
  • If you book a consult, the intake information you share with me.

How I use it

  • To deliver your digital products and send your receipts.
  • To answer your questions and help with your order.
  • To send my email newsletter, if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Click it any time and you're off the list.
  • To understand what's working on the site so I can make it better.

Consult intake information

What you share in a consult intake form stays private. I use it only to prepare for and support our time together. I don't share it with anyone unless the law requires it. Because I'm not a healthcare provider, HIPAA doesn't apply to me, but I treat your health information as private anyway.

I don't sell your information

I don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.

Who else handles your data

My store runs on Shopify. Shopify and its payment processors handle checkout, payments, and site data under their own privacy policies. My newsletter is sent through a trusted email service that only uses your email to deliver it.

Cookies and analytics

Shopify uses cookies to keep the store running, remember your cart, and measure site traffic. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the store may not work right without them.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can ask me to show you, correct, or delete the personal information I have about you. Email healhistamine@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy Request." I'll take care of it within 30 days. Some order records may need to be kept for tax and accounting reasons.

Age

This store is meant for adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If I change this policy, I'll update the date at the top.
