These terms cover your use of healthewarrior.com and anything you buy here. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to them. Heal The Warrior Within is run by Kimmie Marie in Phoenix, Arizona.

Education only

For education purposes only, never medical advice. Please always defer and work with your healthcare provider.

Everything here is about histamine intolerance and MCAS education. I'm acupuncture trained and NCCAOM certified. I'm an educator and consultant, not a medical provider. I don't diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Nothing here has been evaluated by the FDA. If you have a medical emergency, such as a severe allergic reaction, call 911 or your local emergency number right away. Any mention of supplements or herbs is meant to complement the care you get from your healthcare provider, never to replace it or cure anything.

No provider relationship

Buying a product, reading my content, or booking a consult does not create a doctor-patient or practitioner-patient relationship. Talk with your own healthcare provider before changing your diet, supplements, or medications.

Your license to use my products

When you buy a guide, workbook, or course, you get a personal, non-commercial license to use it yourself. You may:

  • Download it and keep it for your own use.
  • Print copies for yourself.

You may not:

  • Share, forward, or post it for others.
  • Resell, copy, or redistribute it.
  • Use it to teach, coach, or build your own product.

All content belongs to Heal The Warrior Within and is protected by copyright. If you want to use something in another way, just ask.

Orders and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify. Refunds follow the Refund Policy. Delivery follows the Shipping Policy. Your info is handled under the Privacy Policy.

Consults and memberships

If I offer online consults or memberships, any extra terms will be shown on that product page before you buy.

Accuracy

I work hard to keep my content accurate and current. Research changes, though, and I can't promise every detail is complete or up to date.

Limitation of liability

You use this site and my products at your own risk. To the fullest extent the law allows, Heal The Warrior Within and Kimmie Marie are not liable for any harm, loss, or damages that come from using the site, the products, or the information in them. If I am found liable for anything, my total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be handled in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
